Voluntary Contribution to the WWBA Foundation, an IRC 501(c)(3) Association. (A copy of the latest annual report may be obtained, upon request, from the WWBA Foundation or from the N.Y.S. Attorney General's Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271.

PURCHASE GIFT CARDS
To support its work, the Foundation accepts donations and it sells gift cards “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” for $25 each or $100 for five cards. The Foundation suggests sending a card in lieu of a gift or flowers or other charitable donation.
