The Policies and Problem Solving Approach of Student Advocacy, Inc.


Speaker: Stefanie Shabman, Esq.
Legal Director of Student Advocacy, Inc.

Ms. Shabman was recently named Legal Director of Student Advocacy, Inc. which is a nonprofit legally-based educational advocacy agency.  It serves students and their families in Westchester and Putnam Counties. It is dedicated to protecting the educational rights of students including special education, residency, registration, and student discipline matters. Ms. Shabman has agreed to talk to us about the work of her agency, including its problem solving approach to educational advocacy and policy advocacy.
