 CLE Opportunity: A Presentation on the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA), May 25, 2016

This program will provide a general overview of UIFSA, will discuss changes to the Act that were enacted in 2015, and will focus on the new international provisions that implement The Hague Convention Treaty.  The program is co-sponsored by the Appellate Division 2d Department.  It is FREE and will be held during the lunch break at the Westchester County Courthouse.  Please sign up ASAP!
