The WWBA Mediation Committee presents: 
Open Discussion: Issues Related to Representation in
Family and Divorce Mediation

Join us for a facilitated discussion about the diverse issues that can arise in the context of client representation in family and divorce mediation. Using scenarios, the program will focus attention on the concerns of the attorney, the client(s) and the mediator. A great forum to openly discuss how we can best work together for the family and/or divorcing client.
