This program will address Implicit Bias in the legal profession. The panelists will discuss unconscious stereotypes and examine the impact of this universal phenomenon.

*CLE: Pending approval by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the New York Sate Continuing Legal Education Board for one credit hour in Diversity and Inclusion and Elimination of Bias. As specified, acceptable for transitional credit for experienced and newly admitted attorneys.
