The Real Estate Committee of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association

AN INTRODUCTION TO ZONING BOARD PRACTICE
2 CLE Credits in Professional Practice*

This program will review basic substantive and procedural aspects of practice before a Zoning Board of Appeals (“ZBA”) and will offer practical tips and advice from municipal building and zoning officials and a design professional about how to approach ZBA applications. Real estate practitioners and other attorneys seeking to obtain a better understanding of the practical aspects of representing a client before a ZBA should attend.

*Pending approval by WBASNY in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 2 credit hours in Professional Practice, acceptable for transitional credit for established and newly admitted attorneys. The Westchester Women's Bar Association is a chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York. Full and partial scholarships for this program, based on financial need, are available. Full scholarship for the $10 CLE certificate charge (maximum of 10 attendees) for this program are available for attorneys at non-profit organizations that provide direct legal service for victims of domestic violence.
