Chase Welles is a 30+ year veteran of the retail leasing market in the New York, Tri State area. Chase specializes in tenant representation and project leasing. His tenant roster includes some of the most successful retailers in the country including Whole Foods and LA Fitness. Chase is the leasing agent for one of the most interesting and certainly the largest redevelopment project in this area, Jamestown LLC and partners’ Industry City in Brooklyn; and it is truly the “green shoots” of retail. He has closed hundreds of leases in New York, he was awarded Deal of the Year by the Real Estate board of New York three times and served as the elected chairperson of that organizations Retail Committee. Committee members Eliana Weissman, Esq., an attorney with extensive litigation experience representing commercial landlords and tenants, and Joanne Romano, Esq., an attorney with a practice that focuses primarily on representing commercial retail tenants in lease negotiations.
