During COVID-19, Psychologists share concrete strategies to help manage stress, balance work and parenting, cultivate adaptability and flexibility in uncertain times, and support students with disabilities.

Presenters:  

Linda Bond, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She works with adolescents and adults managing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Sarah Rubin, Psy.D is a School Psychologist at the Todd Elementary School (Briarcliff Manor, NY) and Child and Adolescent Director for The Center of Behavior Therapy (White Plains, NY).
