-The legal definition of disability under the ADA, what it means to accommodate, how to interpret the statute and applicable regulations, the rights and responsibilities of examinees, students, and covered testing companies and post-secondary institutions

-How to understand neuropsychological evaluations and evaluate medical documentation (understanding the DSM and ICD)

-Best practices for documenting disabilities and a need for accommodations for: college admissions tests; undergraduate institutions; the LSAT; and law school. 

-Options when accommodation requests are denied or approved accommodations are no longer effective
