-The legal definition of disability under the ADA, what it means to accommodate, how to interpret the statute and applicable regulations, the rights and responsibilities of bar candidates, bar examiners, employees, and employers

-Best practices for documenting disabilities and a need for accommodations for the bar exam and MPRE 

-What to do when the bar examiners deny a request for accommodations

-Understanding character and fitness questions

-Understanding the process for requesting accommodations in the workplace and how to escalate if accommodations are denied

-Understanding the process for requesting attorney accommodations in NYS courts (OCA policies) and how to manage if accommodations are denied
