The Pace Women's Justice Center, The Westchester Women's Bar Association and The Ninth Judicial District Committee to Promote Gender Fairness in the Courts

are pleased to host a CLE Program:

What Every New York Attorney Needs to Know About Digital Evidence (Technical, Legal and Ethical Issues)
Effective advocacy requires attorneys to fundamentally change how they think about evidence in general – since the vast majority of it is likely to be digital. Identifying, locating, collecting, preserving and being prepared to present digital evidence at trial or other proceedings is a necessary component of litigation, because digital evidence may be the best, or in some cases, the only, potential evidence of a key fact in controversy.
